  • Refunds are only provided if the project has not yet started. This means no work, including research, design, or development, has begun on your project.
  • Once the project work commences, all payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our digital services.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your project prior to work commencement by notifying us via email at care@thebestwebsitedesigner.in.
  • Cancellation requests received after project start will not be accepted, and payments made will be considered forfeited as work will already be in progress.
  • To avoid confusion, the official start of a project is confirmed via email after acceptance of the project proposal and receipt of initial deposit.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Contact us promptly via care@thebestwebsitedesigner.in  with your cancellation or refund request.
  • Provide your order/project details and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will confirm your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Service-Specific Considerations

  • Design files, source codes, or deliverables shared before cancellation remain the property of VagaWebs until full payment is received.
  • Refunds are not applicable for partial work or services rendered prior to cancellation.

5. No Refund Scenarios

  • No refunds if you decide to terminate after the project has begun, even if the deliverables are incomplete.
  • No refunds for services that have been fully or partially delivered and accepted.
  • No refunds for additional service requests or revisions undertaken.

6. Changes to This Policy
